We knew from the start that we wanted to film at the "Wasteland" in Trowse. I knew where the location was because a group of us had spent time there over summer skateboarding, taking photographs etc. I feel it will be a good location to film in as it has a unique look to it compared to other locations we have seen in films from previous years. We wont have to worry about filming being interrupted as the road that runs past the location is used exclusively for the boat club down Whitlingham lane. The area fits the gritty, British gangster look we are going for. The graffiti can be used to connote ideas of gangs & an urban landscape. |

This is how to get to the filming location from the bridge in Trowse. We will have to walk the road as we can't get access with a car, which means if we chose to use lights they will have to be portable. However the location is usually well lit so I don't think it will be an issue. It will be difficult to film a chase scene as the area isn't really congested, however there are some surrounding locations which are very close which would be ideal.

We were originally going to film the beginning of our film at my house but I realised that my hallway wouldn't give enough light to film in, and it would be difficult to set up a light for filming. So now we are either going to film at Katy's or Ben's.
Here is another shot of the wasteland.
